WARRANTY
Expedition134 General Warranty Provisions:
This warranty is provided by Expedition134 using the Trademark Expedition134
In the event that a product is defective, please contact Expedition134 or the reseller you have purchased the Expedition134 product from.
All Expedition134 products being returned for warranty, must include proof of purchase for the original sale. Warranty approvals will not be granted if an original proof of purchase or copy of proof of purchase is not enclosed.
Subject to the limitations and exclusions described in this warranty, Expedition134 will remedy defects in materials or workmanship by repairing or replacing, at its option, a defective product without charge for parts or labour. In addition, Expedition134 may elect, at its option, not to repair or replace a defective product but rather issue to a purchaser a refund equal to the purchase price paid for the product or a credit to be used toward the purchase of a new Expedition134 product.
No warranty is given for defects caused by normal wear and tear, scratches, accidents, unlawful vehicle operation, or modification of, or any types of repair of the product unless authorised by Expedition134.
No warranty is given for defects resulting from conditions beyond Expedition134’s control including, but not limited to, misuse, overloading, or failure to assemble, install or use the product in accordance with Expedition134’s written instructions or guidelines included with the product or made available to the purchaser.
General Purpose Box – Two (2) year Manufacturer Warranty:
Expedition134 will warranty our ‘General Purpose’ box manufactured by Expedition134 for the first 2 years that an original retail purchaser owns the product. This warranty terminates if a purchaser transfers the product to any other person.

The benefits provided to you under this warranty are in addition to your rights and remedies as a consumer under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
